Scan preparation

  • Construction of floor rails and pillar by laser leveling device and assistant software (the area in which the scan head will be moving must be parallel and in the right distance to the scan object).

Scan process

  • Select the starting point (top left corner) and end point (bottom right corner)
  • The preview shows a graph with the number and position of each scan section
  • Start the recording sequence. The preview display will show each scan section separately

    Size of the original: 5 x 3,4m

    Scanned in 3 rows x 17 columns = 51 (overlapping) scan parts
    Exposure time: about 2ms
    Scan time per part (including realignment): about 1.5 minutes
    Total scan time: about 75 min.

    Data size per scan part: about 600 MB (48 bit/pixel)
    Data size in layers with stitched files: about 7,1 GB (24 bit/pixel)
