I am very proud to announce that we, together with our former CEO of the Cruse Spezialmaschinen GmbH (2008 – 2021), Jens Becker, successfully took over the remaining assets from the former Cruse company, and will continue the business under the newly founded Cruse Technologies GmbH.
Right now we are in the founding process of the new company , and I will become the new CEO and run the company together with the „old“ core team of Service, Software as well as camera and light development. And these core people will own a signifivant share of the new company.
I am looking forward to work with our long time partners, customers and friends. And I am very thankful for all the support we got during this process from all sides.
We will make sure Cruse will constantly and continously provide the best advanced techniques and excellent services to all customers worldwide in the past, currently and future.
Of course it was necessary to restructure the company to react to the new market situation that we are all faced with. We have some challenging weeks in front of us until everything runs smooth, but we also have some great new developments in the making.
The biggest milestone for a new scanner generation will be already introduced to the market at the Decorative Surfaces Conference 2022 in Leipzig, Germany, on the 1st of September in a presentation by Dr. Patrick Degener.
